Tangelo is thrilled to announce Paolo Venturini as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO). With extensive experience in operations and scaling businesses, Venturini will help drive Tangelo’s mission to transform health and wellness through better nutrition.

A Proven Leader in Growth & Innovation

Previously leading Amazon Fresh Operations, Venturini played a key role in its expansion into a multibillion-dollar business, overseeing 30,000 associates and up to one million grocery deliveries per week. He also launched Amazon's Sort Center operations across Europe, building a network processing over a billion packages annually.

At Tangelo, he will optimize operations, expand partnerships, and advance our vision to make Diet Quality a vital sign, leveraging his expertise to scale our impact nationwide.

Driving the Future of Food as Medicine

Tangelo leads the Food as Medicine movement, measuring Diet Quality at scale and working with health plans, providers, and communities to combat chronic diseases through nutrition-focused programs.
