Getting started with Tangelo is simple!
- Assess Your Diet Quality Score – We evaluate your health and dietary habits to create a personalized Diet Quality Score. This helps us recommend educational resources, meal ideas, and content tailored to your needs.
- Check Eligibility – We review your information to see if you may qualify for a medically tailored food benefit.
- Verify Coverage – If you appear eligible, we’ll confirm your benefit coverage with your health plan. Sometimes, we may need additional details (or a provider referral) to complete your application.
- Receive Your Meals – Once your benefit is approved, we’ll start shipping your food within 14 business days!
- Manage Your Account – You can track your application status, update your information, and manage your meal deliveries easily through your Tangelo account.
