Congratulations on taking the next step toward your health journey! Whether you’ve completed your application or were referred by your provider, we’re excited to support you in this process. Here’s what happens next:
Application Processing
Now that you've submitted your information, our team is reviewing your application and verifying your benefits with your health insurance provider. This process may take a few days, and we appreciate your patience.
Manage Your Account
While you wait, you can check your application status anytime through your personal dashboard at tangelorx.dietid.com using your registered phone number. Your dashboard lets you:
- Track Your Application – See where you are in the process.
- View Your Personalized Diet Quality Score – Learn about your current diet and how these meals support your health.
- Access Nutrition Resources & Recipes – Discover tailored guidance and meal inspiration.
- Manage Upcoming Orders – Stay on top of deliveries.
- Update Personal Information – Ensure your address and contact details are correct for seamless service.
Approval & Next Steps
After your benefits are approved, you'll get a confirmation text with enrollment details and delivery updates. If there are any issues or additional next steps, our team will contact you to help resolve them. If your application isn’t approved, we’ll reach out to explain why.
Your First Order
Your first order will arrive within 14 business days from approval—no need to place an order! Our Nutrition Experts handpick your meals or groceries based on your health needs, so you can simply enjoy them. If you’d like to make changes to your selections, you can do so from the app (see instructions here).
Receiving Your Meals
Your food will be delivered straight to the address you provided. When they arrive:
- Store them in the fridge or freezer immediately to maintain freshness.
- Need to update your address? Log into your dashboard to make changes.
- Watch for order notifications to ensure you're available when meals arrive.
Ongoing Deliveries
Your food will continue to arrive weekly or biweekly for up to 12 weeks or more, depending on your benefits. You’ll receive text notifications with reminders about your orders. If your benefits allow for a renewal, we’ll notify you about the next steps to continue receiving meals.
